When launching a fast casual concept with such a strange name to American ears – instead of telling people what it was – we leaned into telling people what it wasn’t. Just the word Vertskebap conjures up weird ideas of what it could be, but it actually serves up delicious doner kebabs and other Mediterranean fare.
